would definitely come back there, no complains at all, enjoyed our stay. the venue is fairly clean, with quiet location right by alabama & california and longview. the staff is being very amiable and efficient.

We had impressive triple room with a king bed and the kitchenette, as example. We had a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge in the room.

Can just recommend for a fleeting trip.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, the kitchenette was handy for quick meals with a full-sized fridge available for storing drinks, and the effective air conditioning kept the whole room nice and cool.

Bed was made, towels&soap replaced and trash was taken out
Bed was hard as a rock, sheets were never changed, mattress didn't have a fitted sheet, just a normal one tucked.Curtains were torn, had holes, and wouldn't close all the way. The pictures shown on website of the room was not what we received when we arrived. Wifi password never worked.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, the building was quaint. Very open to all forms of people!
Breakfast could have been better, however for the price of the stay it wasn't bad.

Spacious room with kitchenette. Effective air conditioning kept the space cool . Clean sheets and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Limited kitchen supplies made cooking a bit of a challenge. The decor felt outdated, and there were occasional signs of wear like a few cigarette burns on the carpet. The breakfast consisted mostly of sweet rolls and coffee, which didn't meet my expectations. The location is quiet, but I encountered some inconveniences like the TV reception being poor. A decent place if you're looking for basic accommodations on a budget.

The king room was spacious and clean. The bed felt luxurious, a standout feature of my stay! The seasonal pool offered a refreshing break after a long day of exploring.
There were signs of pest control issues with a few dead bugs.
